We’re here for all ladies in Sydney with a passion for running, or to help you find yours!
Our mission is to bring all of you together and leave no one behind – we just want to share our joy for running – FREE group runs and inexpensive training session (depending on demand), no sign up fees and no obligations!


1. Organised running groups
We’re a group of ladies who like to run the streets & trails of Sydney. We do that on the following days:
Wednesdays group run – Weekly – 7 pm – Run a 3.5km or 7km loop around the Harbour – Start at the Domain, Corner of Hospital Road and Art Gallery Road.
Sundays scenic long run – Fortnightly – 8am – 10km to 12km long run – Scenic routes around Sydney – Location varies so check our Calendar!

2. Training sessions (depending on demand)
Exercises and training to make you a better and fitter runner!
Training and support leading up to a big event, or just general training to bring your running to the next level. Sessions available depending on demand and season, check our calendar to see what we offer.

3. Our Facebook group
Find ladies in your area to run with. We’re here to help you find someone out there with the same running pace and/or running goals.
Also a great group to find support, share stories or ask other ladies running/fitness related questions.

4. Events
Team up and run major events together like City 2 Surf and other fun runs with a group of like minded girls. Because running with a group is way more fun than running alone! See our calendar for upcoming runs.


1. We’re not too competitive and serious. of course we like running new PB’s and seeing improvement, but we’re not training for the Olympics.

2. You can benefit from running with a group, maybe even more than you think! Keeping up with someone who’s just a little faster, run just a little further than you would by yourself, distract your mind from thinking about how tired your legs are… And much more!

3. No more going to races alone. We’ll be running in most major running events in and around Sydney – help and support from other girls might just give you that extra push to run a new PB. Pre run warm-ups together and post run fun guaranteed.
