What: Join us every Wednesday evening for a run through the beautiful City of Sydney and it’s stunning harbour. We start our runs from Martin Place Bar from where we make our way round the harbour, with the option to run 3.5k or 7k. (click here for a map of our meeting point)
We’re not too competitive and serious. of course we like running new PB’s and seeing improvement, but we’re not training for the Olympics. It’s about having fun and enjoying running.
Level: This run is casual and suitable for all levels (beginners option of 3.5k & different pace groups available)
Duration: +/- 1 hour (including warm-up & cool-down)
How: No need to register/sing up. Just sow up in your running gear at Martin Place Bar before 6:30pm!
What: We run fortnightly on Sunday mornings, around 10/12 kilometres along a different scenic route in Sydney. Discover new places and take the pressure of the distance by chatting to other ladies along the way. We will finish this run by grabbing some brekkie or a morning coffee together. A great way to get your long run in without losing motivation! (view our calendar to see when and where we are running next)
Level: Intermediate to advanced runners. These runs aren’t suitable for beginners, as we require you to be able to run the full distance before joining in. If you’re unsure, join us on Wednesday night first and see how you go!
Duration: +/- 60 to 90 mins, followed by brekky/coffee and a chat
What: A class filled with hills & stairs to make you a better and fitter runner! Weekly sessions on Monday evening, starting soon! (make sure to check our calendar)
Be prepared to run some hills, sprints, stairs, drills and to have some fun together. These sessions will be sure to push you to your limits and get you fit in no time!
Level: Suitable to all levels as you workouts are easlity costumised to your fitness level.
Duration: +/- 30 to 45 mins
What: Join the Girls Run Sydney Team at major running events all over Sydney & Australia! Being part of the Girls Run Sydney team means that you’ll never have to participate in races by yourself again. We travel to races together, meet before the race and always find a good place to celebrate after the race. We support, help and encourage each other .
Whether this will be your first race or your 20th, there’s room for any type of runner. Take the challenge and ‘Girl Run Sydney’ will be here for support.
